Welcome to Whitetail Forestry. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our company.
Whitetail Forestry specializes in land clearing, forestry mulching, brush removal, and related services. All work performed is subject to site conditions and client requirements as agreed upon in writing before the commencement of the project.
Estimates provided are based on a preliminary assessment of the land and are subject to change based on actual site conditions.Pricing may vary depending on factors such as terrain, density of vegetation, equipment required, and weather conditions.A signed agreement and deposit (if applicable) may be required before work begins.
Scheduling is based on availability and weather conditions. We strive to adhere to scheduled dates but may need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients must provide at least48 hours' noticefor cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
The client must provide access to the property for equipment and personnel. Any access restrictions must be communicated before the start of the project. The client is responsible for marking underground utilities, property boundaries, and any areas requiring special attention or preservation. Whitetail Forestry is not liable for damages to unmarked utilities or structures.
Whitetail Forestry exercises caution and professionalism in all operations. However, land clearing and forestry work carry inherent risks. The client assumes all risks related to natural and pre-existing conditions on the property. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services. Clients must carry appropriate property insurance to cover any potential issues arising from the work performed.
Payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest charges.Accepted payment methods will be specified in the service agreement.
Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits related to land clearing or forestry work.Whitetail Forestry complies with all local, state, and federal environmental regulations and expects clients to do the same.
Whitetail Forestry reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if the client violates these terms or if conditions make the job unsafe or impractical.
Any disputes should first be addressed in good faith between the client and Whitetail Forestry.If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the state of Wisconsin.
